They won't reply to email about my order, offer no customer service contacts, won't ship my order. They essentially stole $35 from me. How can a company like this still be allowed to advertise on Facebook? These guys are scammer, crooks!
Do not waste your money! The inside lining is cheap plastic and deteriorates with each WASH (we never dried in dryer)!

Bought the throw and the dye transferred onto my white couch and completely ruined it! Devastating!
You have to wait ages to get your items. Once delivered it's poor quality (leash broken after just one walk). The keep sending messages when you are waeting on delivery, once you obtain it and have complaints... they disapear...
Ordered two throw blanket and really love them.
Arived fast and well packed.
I received the ultra thick cloud bed that I ordered in a bundle with a "king" size blanket. When the blanket arrived three weeks ago, I called to inform the company that they had clearly sent me the wrong blanket as this was not king sized at all and barely covered the top of our queen bed. I was informed that "oh these aren't people king size, just dog king sized", which is ridiculous and laughable but it was a birthday present for my beloved 11 year old best friend and the bed was the real gift anyway and it was delayed.
The bed finally came. It is awful. The memory foam inside is in pieces. I can feel three separate chunks inside that do not come together so there is actually 1-3 inch cracks in which my arthritic dog could step?!?! That isn't where the extreme disappointment ends. If you feel the foam pad you can actually feel that the foam is broken up even further into tiny chunks. I can feel like 15-20 little floating pieces that are not connected to anything. There is no way in the world that this is Orthopedic. I wouldn't let her step onto this with her arthritis much less lay her body across this lumpy mess all night!
For $250 (thats' with a 20% discount from $312) I expect A LOT MORE than this piece of crap. I could easily buy her 3 of the bagel beds she usually sleeps in for that amount but I thought I would treat her extra special and splurge on her for her 11th birthday.
Honestly, they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people that love their elderly pets so much that they would save up to afford something to comfort them.
I spent 521.00 and wish I had seen these reviews first. They are not responding to my return requests. 4 items, only 1 has even been opened. I am going to call my bank and fill out forms for fraud. Saving all emails for proof. Do not buy from them, I wish I had not! They did respond to my first email saying they needed pics of unwrapped memory foam, so I have sent pictures, of the unopened boxes, and still am not getting a response. Based on the other reviews here, doesn't look like I will get one.
I've been trying to research this company, paw.com as I would like to purchase similar products offered. Here's my experience so far: I can find the website, I can get to every category (New Arrivals, etc.) but can not open the "About Us" information. Now I understand without even ordering or working with the company that this company is most likely not up front. I won't work with a company in China (some reviews have referenced "China") or one who purchases product from China then resells to the USA. Buy USA ONLY for your pet's good health, as well as your peace of mind. Namaste
Terrible company. I ordered their most expensive protector. Took months to arrive. Customer service was terrible. I received the blanket/protector and it looks nothing like it did in the photos.
I will not shop with this company again! Purchased very expensive pup rug and throw. Received throw but never received the bed, despite an email sent by them indicating it had been delievered. I followed up with them via phone, and they acknowledged that the bed was on back order, and who knows when I will get the VERY EXPENSIVE bed. Unacceptable.
Although the company says you can return products if they are unopened, I have been trying to get a return of two blankets approved for a month with no communication. They said they are very busy and will get to my request when they can. So I am out $150 of products I should be able to return. I just emailed them for the 4th time. Also, I ordered two of the same size beds in different colors and they were completely different sizes. One was 4 inches longer! Please avoid if you can.
Horrible company with truly the worst customer service you may encounter.
Bought a leak proof blanket, it arrived with almost 2inch off of original measurements, and quality of synthetic fur that reflects production in China.
Attempting to return the item, customer service makes it a living hell. When I posted a review on thier website they deleted it.
This company is horrible! DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered not one but two paw protector blankets and never received them. Customer Service does not get back to you to give you any feedback or help. Save your time and money and find another company to buy from.
